| Selection and development assessment services are managed by principal, Jan Baynham with the delivery of associated coaching and training supported by a network of experienced coaches and training specialists. |
| Jan has a background in Occupational Psychology and over 25 year’s experience of employee development, selection and psychometric assessment including over ten years as an assessment and development consultant working with a wide range of local and national clients. Earlier roles include seven years with Price Waterhouse Management Consultancy as a senior executive selection and training consultant, three years as a tutor in a management college and employee development roles within American investment bank JP Morgan and Selfridges Ltd. |
