Our Expertise
Selection, psychometric assessment, development assessment, outplacement and career transition services are managed by Jan Baynham, Principal, with the delivery of associated coaching and training supported by a network of experienced coaches and training specialists.
Jan has a background in Occupational Psychology and over 30 years experience of selection and psychometric assessment, employee development and career transition and outplacement support including over twelve years as an assessment, development and career transition consultant working with a wide range of local and national clients. Earlier roles include seven years with Price Waterhouse Management Consultancy as a senior executive selection and training consultant, three years as a tutor specialising in training and development and employee development roles within American investment bank JP Morgan and Selfridges Ltd.
She has experience of a wide range of commercial and not-for-profit organisations including financial and professional services, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, housing associations and charities.
