| Jan has a background in Occupational Psychology and over 30 years experience of selection and psychometric assessment, employee development and career transition and outplacement support including over twelve years as an assessment, development and career transition consultant working with a wide range of local and national clients. Earlier roles include seven years with Price Waterhouse Management Consultancy as a senior executive selection and training consultant, three years as a tutor specialising in training and development and employee development roles within American investment bank JP Morgan and Selfridges Ltd. |
